Based on double occupancy. There will be a $20 extra person charge per person/per night.
TAXES

DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be refunded provided written notice is received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only if rebooked at 100% occupancy. All cancellations will be charged a 10% handling fee. Guest is responsible for all nights reserved.
